Meet and greet begins at 6 p.m. with dinner at 6:30.

Everyone is invited and asked to bring a dish to share and their own drinks and table service.

 

The speaker for the evening is Dr. Florian Grander, Executive Director of Sound Water Stewards. 

With a distinguished background in marine biology, marine conservation, and science communication, Dr. Graner is helping Sound Water Stewards strengthen community partnerships, inspire public engagement, and address the challenges facing the health of the Salish Sea and local shorelines. As the founder of Sealife Productions, Dr. Graner is also an accomplished filmmaker and cinematographer, producing award-winning documentaries that deepen public understanding of marine ecosystems and the urgent need for ocean conservation. His latest film Orcas — Life in Black and White, released in 2025, has received international acclaim and strong regional interest throughout the Puget Sound.

 

H O L I D A Y   P A R T Y 

The Board is providing a ham. Members and guests are asked to bring sides and dessert.

Entertainment will be provided by Kristi O'Donnell and her trio. 

They will play up-full swing and your favorite seasonal tunes for the 

Greenbank Progressive Club Holiday Party. We look forward to seeing you there!

The speaker for the evening is John Becker, Training and Exercise Coordinator

for Island County Department of Emergency Managment

 

We will be collecting non-perishable food items to donate to local food banks.

A much needed storage and garden shed was completed in the summer of 2025.

The shed construction was a collaboration of the Greenbank Progressive Club, Matthew Ward's Eagle Scout Project

 and funding from Whidbey Island Garden Tour.

 another suspenseful night of Trivia. Decorations will be Halloween but the Trivia is not.
