Speaker this month is Helen Price Johnson, State Director/Rural Development, Washington State, United States Department of Agriculture. 
​Before this position, Helen was an Island County Commissioner and actually started her campaign at our Clubhouse! 
​She will give us a presentation on the scope of her department, and hopefully, aspects of local interest.
